Job Description:

Looking for Technical manager to manage product engineering team. As part of the role responsibilities will be 70% management and 30% technical.

• 10+ years of experience in software development. Experience in Microsoft technologies is preferred.
• Experience in Cloud and Saas product development is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and should have managed team size of 10 to 15 people.
• Technology responsibilities
• Architecture and design reviews for new or existing product features.
• Resolve technical issues or challenges of the team.
• Review code for best practices and standards.
• Hands on development for critical tasks or features of the product when required.
• Upto date with new technologies and recommend improvements as required with product.
• Management and delivery responsibilities
• Collaborate with product manager and key stakeholders to define scope for the release
• Create and own the project plan on the agreed scope, timeline and effort.
• Responsible for quality deliverables as agreed with acceptance criteria.
• Manage risks , issues and challenges of the project with timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Report project and release metrics and status to all stakeholders on agreed frequency and forum.
• Mentor and guide team for delivering high quality deliverables and also their career progression.
• Conduct half and annual performance reviews for the team.
