Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8+ Years Domain: Public Sector (Mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, especially with LWC and OmniStudio, and a proven track record of leading technical teams in delivering robust Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team (510 members). Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC , Apex , and OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures) . Work closely with stakeholders from the public sector domain to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Implement and manage Service Cloud functionality including case management, knowledge base, and automation. Oversee and streamline CI/CD processes using modern DevOps tools. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong hands-on experience with LWC , Apex , OmniStudio , and Service Cloud . Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Must have at least 6+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.). Experience working in or with Public Sector clients/projects. Proven experience in leading Salesforce technical teams of 5–10 members.
