Job Description

Technical Manager in RMC Industry

Experience in Concrete mic design , Trial mix

Location - Bagalur nearby to Yelahanka

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and support across all RMC plants in South India.
Develop, standardize, and monitor mix designs, material specifications, and testing protocols.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to product quality, processes, and customer feedback.
Train, mentor, and guide Technical Officers and Guiders. Host workshops and training sessions to elevate the technical capabilities of plant teams.
Oversee QA/QC processes, lab calibration, audits, and ensure compliance with IS/BIS/QCI norms and other regulatory standards.
Work closely with the Managing Director on strategy and implementation of technical improvements and innovation.
Regular reporting to the Managing Director on plant performance, technical issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment of technical requirements with business needs.
Assist in new plant commissioning, customer-specific mix trials, and technical support for projects.
