Job Description

As a Technical Manager, your role involves handling various key segments in terms of Valuation of different properties with specific turnaround time. You have established good quality standards for developing the business and created a good learning environment for your team to ensure good quality of work and compliance with policy norms. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and developing new builder relationships for revenue growth. - Maintaining relationships with old builders to achieve repetitive business. - Gaining experience in Sales, Credit, Compliances, and Operations stream. In addition, you are responsible for: - Preparing Job Safety Analysis for site. - Checking beam details, steel work, and levels of shuttering. - Preparing Bar Bending Schedules for columns and beams. - Conducting site visits and data collection. - Conducting various load tests on piles. - Visiting and observing the working of a cement plant at Kymore. - Studying the basics of construction at the site. - Examining various safety parameters at the plant.
