Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Kolkata. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing team performance, providing technical support, and conducting research and development (R&D). The role also involves ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and facilitating collaboration among team members.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Project Management
Strong Team Management and Technical Support skills
Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Prior experience in the Hydraulic/Fabrication manufacturing industry is an extra advantage.
