Mid to Senior Level Network Engineer (8+ years)


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Hands-on expertise with

    Palo Alto Networks

    Prisma Access

    Prisma SD-WAN

    Next-Gen Firewalls

    .
  • Solid experience with

    Cisco Switching & Wireless

    solutions.
  • Strong grasp of

    SD-WAN

    ,

    LAN/WLAN architectures

    , and

    firewall configurations

    .
  • Proven track record in

    incident management

    and

    change control processes

    .
  • Professional certifications like

    PCNSA

    ,

    PCNSE

    ,

    CCNP R&S

    , or

    CCNP Wireless

    are highly valued.
  • Exceptional

    communication

    and

    problem-solving

    skills.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in a

    global support environment

    , with exposure to

    ITIL processes

    and

    ticketing tools

  • Hands-on support for

    international clients

    or experience in

    SASE operations
