Role Summary & Key Objectives
We are seeking a seasoned

Technical Lead (.NET Full Stack with Azure)

to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, front-end frameworks, Azure cloud services, and modern engineering practices. As a technical leader, you will provide architectural guidance, mentor the team, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET, Azure, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Mentor, coach, and technically guide team members across development and architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and ensure application security compliance.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to ensure timely, quality releases.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption where relevant.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in

    .NET Core, C#,

    ASP.NET

    MVC/Web API, Entity Framework

    .
  • Proficiency in

    front-end technologies

    (Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
  • Deep hands-on experience with

    Azure services

    (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Service Bus, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid knowledge of

    microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems

    .
  • Experience in

    CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    SQL Server

    and database optimization.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to drive technical discussions and influence design decisions.

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to

    AI/ML services on Azure

  • Experience with

    NoSQL databases

    (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    cloud cost optimization and governance

  • Knowledge of

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

    and tools (Jira, Azure Boards).
  • Prior experience in

Experience Requirements

  • 12 to 16 years

    of progressive experience in application development, with at least

    3-5 years in a technical leadership role

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering

    enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications

  • Experience working in

    global delivery models

    with distributed teams.
