Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead who has a keen interest in solutions architecture and business analysis to join our team.

This role is crucial for someone who enjoys diving deep into both the technical and business sides of product development. You will be instrumental in defining project scopes, designing solutions, and leading our development teams through the successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Architect & Drive : Lead full-lifecycle design and delivery of our SaaS platform - translate ambitious business goals into scalable system architectures and code.
  • Client & Team Champion : Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and internal team, while mentoring a 5 - 7 person cross-functional group.
  • Sprint & Release Owner : Define roadmaps, manage agile sprints, and orchestrate QA/UAT/production launches to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Innovation Catalyst : Prototype and integrate LLM-powered features, browser/desktop automation pipelines, and microservices to continually push the product envelope.
  • Culture & Growth : Foster a high-velocity, ownership mindset- pair-program, run design reviews, and help every engineer level up.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven Leader : 5+ years as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Engineering Lead at a high-growth SaaS or venture-backed startup.
  • Full-Stack Fluency : Deep, hands-on experience with Rails, Python, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda (or equivalent serverless).
  • Business Savvy : Ability to distill complex requirements into clear technical specs- and communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • DevOps & Automation : Comfort with CI/CD pipelines (Terraform/CloudFormation), observability tooling, and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Python, RPA).
  • Entrepreneurial DNA : Hunger to move fast, embrace ambiguity, and iterate quickly on cutting-edge technologies.
