Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead Python based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Lead Python will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Python-based solutions tailored to business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project architecture, mentoring team members, reviewing code, managing deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role requires a strong focus on problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming, frameworks like Django or Flask, and object-oriented principles
• Experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines, data engineering, and familiarity with cloud platforms
• Knowledge of AI/ML principles, working with machine learning models, and implementing predictive algorithms
• Skills in software architecture design, code reviews, and system integrations
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in technical leadership roles and delivering complex projects successfully
