Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications to solve complex business problems Integrate various LLM APIs into production systems Perform advanced text analysis using both traditional machine learning methods and modern GenAI approaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Stay current with the latest developments in the GenAI space and implement new techniques as appropriate Document and communicate technical concepts to technical stakeholder Participate in the entire machine learning lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoring Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in data science or related roles Proven expertise in developing GenAI applications and working with LLM APIs In-depth knowledge of various LLMs and their practical applications Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for API development and integration Experience with traditional machine learning methods for text analysis Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with popular LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools will be preferred Familiarity with fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques will be preferred Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and optimization method will be preferred Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be preferred Benefits Chistats is a data science company helping clients leverage data to accelerate and augment business value. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring timely delivery, code quality, and skill growth Manage customer communication, understand requirements, provide technical clarity, and ensure satisfaction Develop and maintain scalable codebases, including new framework design, enhancements, and production-grade pipelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to align development goals with business objectives Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in live system Document architecture, workflows, and key decisions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with server-side frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask). Proficiency in cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB). Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline, data pipelines with best practices. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity for critical and creative thinking.
