Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Oversee the

  end-to-end software development lifecycle

• Define the

  technical roadmap and architecture

  for projects, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Set

  coding standards

• Contribute to the development of key features and complex components, focusing on both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing quick and effective solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team

  of full-stack developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and professional growth.
• Conduct regular

  technical audits and code reviews

  to maintain consistency, quality, and performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth communication and effective project delivery.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and code quality.

Skills and Expertise

• In-depth experience with

  front-end technologies

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  React, Angular, Vue.js

  ).
• Expertise with

  back-end frameworks

  Node.js, Express, Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails

  Java/Spring Boot

• Proficiency in

  databases (SQL and NoSQL)

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

• Expertise in designing

  RESTful APIs

  and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in deployment and

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in

  Computer Science

  or a related field.
• Specialization/Computers/MCA Computers/M.Sc. in any specialization.
