B.Des/M.Des, B.A/M.A., or any other relevant professional graduate Role Overview : As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and meet business goals. Objectives of this Role : Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the needs and design objectives. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows that effectively communicate design ideas. Translate business requirements into functional and appealing user interfaces Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and align with the user experience vision. Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating accordingly. Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving user needs Work with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs. Contribute to and help maintain a robust design system and documentation. Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Understand business goals and user behavior to create user-centered design solutions. Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability tests to identify areas for improvement. Translate complex requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces. Build and iterate design prototypes for stakeholder review and user feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility and business strategy. Maintain consistency across designs while customizing experiences for different user groups or platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX processes for assigned projects. Required Skills : 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and impactful projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards Ability to conduct user research and usability testing Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently. Experience working in an agile development environment. Openness to feedback and a continuous learning mindset. Additional Skills (Preferred) : Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Understanding of WordPress and CMS-based design workflows. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
