Technical Lead

As a Team Lead for a team of developers, you will be responsible for providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and offering mentorship to ensure the team's success. Your role will involve architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and relevant frameworks. Collaboration with project managers, designers, and QA teams is essential to deliver high-quality products within specified timelines. In addition to team management and project collaboration, you will be tasked with managing server configurations, deployments, backups, and ensuring application security and performance are up to industry standards. Your responsibilities will also include establishing coding standards and best practices to uphold code quality and reusability. Troubleshooting and debugging existing applications, as well as identifying areas for enhancement, will be part of your routine tasks. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 4 years of PHP development experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and modern frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, and Opencart is required. Strong familiarity with REST APIs, AJAX, and third-party integrations is essential, as well as a good grasp of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Moreover, experience in server management (Linux, Apache/Nginx, VPS, cPanel, SSL, firewalls, etc.) and knowledge about Domain Book, Renew, and DNS activities are expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Digital Ocean, or similar would be advantageous. Proficiency in Git, version control systems, deployment tools, and strong problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial for the success of critical web applications with 24/7 uptime requirements.,
