Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Node.js, Java, or Python to join our team at UNICO CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 8-17 years of experience and a strong background in software development.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality software applications using Node.js, Java, or Python.
Lead a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python programming languages.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
