Minimum Experience - 6 Years.

Establish and implement development framework for the technical team.Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options for development projects.Define, implement and measure software quality standards and code review mechanism for the software projects.Create/Review Project plan covering all project aspects and variables.Manage the project lifecycle with the objective of ensuring the adherence to schedule, cost and quality.Play a role of a mentor and provide direction to technical resources of the organization.Hands on experience in effective risk, change and quality management practices.Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Hands on experience in designing solution and deployment architecture.Hands on experience in administering databases.Strong application scalability and performance tuning experience.Experience in Source Control system preferably GIT.Should have hands on experience on Docker/Container and Kubernetes.Hands on experience in configuring webservers, setting up reverse proxy and load balancing.
