Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee the development and delivery of complex software projects. You will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of software projects
• Provide mentorship and guidance to development team members
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

* stablish and implement development framework for the technical team.

• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options for development projects.
• Define, implement and measure software quality standards and code review mechanism for the software projects.
• Create/Review Project plan covering all project aspects and variables.
• Manage the project lifecycle with the objective of ensuring the adherence to schedule, cost and quality.
• Play a role of a mentor and provide direction to technical resources of the organization.
• Hands on experience in effective risk, change and quality management practices.
• Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands on experience in designing solution and deployment architecture.
• Hands on experience in administering databases.
• Strong application scalability and performance tuning experience.
• Experience in Source Control system preferably GIT.
• Should have hands on experience on Docker/Container and Kubernetes.
• Hands on experience in configuring webservers, setting up reverse proxy and load balancing.
