Job Description

DTC Partner with digital, marketing, and IT teams to support smooth DTC platform operations (e.g., product visibility, search accuracy, feed issues). Monitor and sustain critical data pipelines and integrations supporting eCommerce platforms. Analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize digital product experience. Sustain & Ops Support: Provide L2/L3 support for product data issues within the PIM and DTC ecosystems. Manage support incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Support root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent resolution for recurring problems. Ensure compliance with SLAs and participate in release planning & testing cycles. Ready to work in shifts and weekend support on a rotational basis Ability to reverse engineering API doc from code as needed Maintain documentation related to application configurations, support processes, FAQs and known issues. Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
