Job Description

Looking for candidates with strong, hands-on experience in both Major Incident Management (MIM) and Problem Management.

Major Incident Management (MIM)

We are looking for someone who can:

Take complete ownership of P1 and P2 incidents from initiation to resolution.
Drive and coordinate incident bridges, ensuring all technical teams are aligned.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership throughout the incident lifecycle.
Perform impact analysis, provide regular updates, and ensure timely escalations.
Work under pressure and drive towards quick service restoration (MTTR improvement).

Problem Management

Preferred capabilities include:

Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies such as 5 Whys .
Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify trends and proactively prevent recurring incidents.
Strong documentation skills and a solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
