Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive L3 Network Data Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Routing & Switching, SD-Access, and Network Access Control, along with hands-on experience in supporting Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba products. This role involves planning, designing, and supporting complex network infrastructures in a service-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise network solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
Provide L3-level support for complex network issues involving routing, switching, and SD-Access.Work with Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass for secure network access control.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality network services.Use ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management processes.Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Site24x7.Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.
CCNP Certification is mandatory.Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching and SD-Access.Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba network products.Proficiency in Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass.Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.Experience with network monitoring tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Site24x7.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.Prior experience in the IT services industry is essential.
