Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Laravel, ReactJS, and AI Integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable software applications using Laravel and ReactJS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain high-quality codebases, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding techniques, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI integration and apply them to enhance existing systems.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Laravel, ReactJS, and AI integration.
Experience working in an agile environment with version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies is a plus.
