Technical Lead - Java

Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Java programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the software development lifecycle
• Ensure that software development processes are followed and software is delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and recommend improvements to software development processes

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Java programming
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers
• Expertise in Java-based web application development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and Oracle
• Proficiency in software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
