Technical Lead - Java

As a member of the Rhythm team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and design of our enterprise-grade software products. Your responsibilities will include defining scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures, as well as developing full-stack solutions that prioritize performance, security, and efficiency. In the realm of product architecture and design, you will be tasked with creating robust systems that can handle high concurrency, multi-tenancy, and real-time data processing. This will involve utilizing technologies such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js for front-end development, and Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS for back-end services. Your expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our products. Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of microservices and cloud-native architecture, building distributed systems that are both scalable and resilient. Security and compliance will also be a key focus, with responsibilities including the implementation of OAuth, JWT, SSO authentication, and adherence to industry best security practices. In an Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmaps, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. Automation will play a crucial role in your workflow, with tasks such as CI/CD and DevOps being streamlined through tools like Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines. As a mentor and leader, you will guide a team of engineers, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of our codebase. Your technical skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS will be put to the test as you work on developing cutting-edge software products. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 10-12 years of experience in full-stack product development, with a track record of working on scalable, high-performance solutions. Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers in a product-driven environment will be highly beneficial. While not mandatory, familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce REST API, and CRM or ERP integrations will be a plus.
