About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead with deep hands-on coding expertise, outstanding system design

skills, and an exceptional grasp of DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) and problem solving.

This is primarily an individual contributor role, though youll also have the opportunity to

mentor junior developers. Youll drive high-impact projects, steer technical vision, and play a

key role in setting engineering excellence standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable, robust applications using the MERN stack

(MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

• Lead system design discussions, drive best practices, and be the technical authority on

architecture and problem-solving.

• Write clean, efficient, and high-performance codeset the standard for hands-on

engineering.

• Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and help upskill the team; foster a

collaborative learning environment.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, CursorAI, etc.) to boost

productivity and innovation.

• Participate in technical strategy, help define CI/CD and DevOps processes, and ensure

pragmatic adoption of new tech.

• Tackle tough engineering challenges with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features in a fast-paced product

environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced setup.
• Solid hands-on expertise in MERN stack; proven track record of building and scaling

backend and frontend modules from scratch.

• Strong grasp of system design principles, architecture patterns, and modern SDLC

practices.

• Demonstrated excellence in DSA and problem-solving.

• Experience using AI/GenAI tools for development is a big plus.
