Technical Lead- Full Stack

Were not looking for someone whos just good at writing code were looking for someone who can lead from the front, recognize the architectural depth to take on large-scale systems and drive them forward. This is a role for someone who can lead from the trenches, navigate ambiguity, and build clean, scalable solutions. While this is a senior role, it mostly remains hands-on,requiring the candidate to lead by doing, not just by directing.
