Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module integrated with Employee Central (EC) . Collaborate with HR stakeholders and process owners to gather and analyze compensation requirements . Design and configure compensation structures including: Salary Planning Bonus Planning Budgeting Guidelines and eligibility rules Compensation statements Set up business rules , workflow approvals , and permission roles related to compensation planning. Integrate Compensation with EC Core (job info, pay components, events, position data). Create and maintain Compensation templates , cycle configuration , and currency management . Support testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT. Prepare functional specs , test scripts, training materials, and user guides. Resolve issues during implementation, testing, or post-go-live support. Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training to HR teams and clients. Stay updated with SAP roadmap for SuccessFactors Compensation & EC integration . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation . Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) and its integration with Compensation. Strong understanding of HR compensation processes including annual merit cycles, bonus planning, and pay-for-performance models. Experience configuring: Compensation templates Eligibility rules Budget and guideline rules Executive review Experience working with SuccessFactors Provisioning and Admin Center . Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. As a SAP FICO Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications. You will configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), to align with client requirements. This involves working on various components such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA. Integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and HCM will also be part of your tasks. Your role will include conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the smooth functioning of the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing documentation such as Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, and Training Manuals. Supporting end users, resolving day-to-day FICO issues, and participating in end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and upgrade projects are crucial aspects of this position. Collaboration with technical teams, specifically ABAP developers, for custom developments will be required to enhance system functionalities. You must ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies while providing training and support to users and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT, with an MBA/CA/ICWA being preferred for senior roles. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module is essential, along with a strong understanding of SAP FICO configuration and business processes. Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules are also necessary. Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is advantageous, and possessing good analytical and problem-solving skills is important for success in this role. Effective communication and client-facing abilities will be beneficial, along with a SAP FICO certification (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred qualifications include S/4HANA implementation experience, exposure to global template rollouts, knowledge of localization (e.g., India GST, US GAAP, EU VAT), familiarity with Fiori apps or SAP Activate methodology, and experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager. Required Skills: Proven experience in implementing Saviynt IGA solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise system. Analyze client requirement and design customized Saviynt IGA solutions to meet their identity management needs. Configure and implement Saviynt IGA platform features, user provisioning, de-provisioning, certificate campaigns, and entitlement managements. Familiarity with identity governance and administration principles, access controls, and compliance standard Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as role-based access control (RBAC), identity life cycle management, and access certification. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT, security and business units.
