Technical Lead- Full Stack

As an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience, including leadership roles, you will be responsible for leading a team with a hands-on approach at IDfy, an Integrated Identity Platform based in Andheri East, Mumbai. You will work on designing distributed systems, with familiarity in video streaming or WebRTC as a plus. Your expertise in Golang/Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React), Agile Product Development Methodologies, API Data Contracts, OOAD, Microservices, Data Models, Concurrency concepts, React, and experience with Cloud (AWS/GCP) will be valuable assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate on new approaches to detect fraud - Create design artifacts for implementation - Build cloud-native applications running on GCP/AWS - Develop "zero-defect software" and test cases alongside implementation - Ensure new releases pass static code analysis, performance, and load tests - Develop UI components, APIs, business components, microservices, etc. to simplify the user journey - Conduct root cause analysis of support tickets raised by clients and propose solutions to fix them - Stay ahead of the game by predicting future fraud techniques and building solutions to prevent them Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience, including leadership roles - Experience in designing distributed systems; familiarity with video streaming or WebRTC is a plus - Proficiency in Golang/Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React) - Knowledge of Product Development Methodologies such as Agile - Strong design skills in defining API Data Contracts, OOAD, Microservices, Data Models, and Concurrency concepts - User Interface development using modern Web Frameworks such as React - Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS/GCP About IDfy: IDfy is an Integrated Identity Platform offering products and solutions for KYC, KYB, Background Verifications, Risk Assessment, and Digital Onboarding.
