Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Core Java and Java 8. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will not require travel. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using Core Java and Java 8. Oversee the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance activities. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all development activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Core Java and Java 8. Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing software solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Have experience with agile development methodologies. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Certifications Required Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer
