Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. With a focus on Windows Basics Apache Tomcat Server Admin Cloud Basics IBM MQ and IBM WebSphere App Server Admin you will ensure seamless operations and drive technological advancements. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment without travel obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead the management and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Oversee the administration of Apache Tomcat Server to maintain high availability and performance.

Provide expertise in Windows Basics to support and troubleshoot system issues effectively.

Implement and manage Cloud Basics to enhance scalability and flexibility of IT resources.

Administer IBM WebSphere App Server to ensure robust application deployment and management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to safeguard data integrity.

Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.

Support the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members.

Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support and maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Windows Basics for effective system management.

Demonstrate proficiency in Apache Tomcat Server Admin for optimal server performance.

Have foundational knowledge in Cloud Basics to support IT infrastructure scalability.

Exhibit expertise in IBM WebSphere App Server Admin for efficient application management.

Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.

Display excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
