Key Responsibilities

Manage software product in
maintenance mode
, including CR handling, bug fixes, and patch releases.
Lead and coordinate
development teams/implementation teams
.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of enhancements and support requests.
Act as the bridge between
customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams
.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and team performance.
Contribute to process improvement and ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Preferred:
B.E. / B.Tech
(Computer Science, IT, or related field)

Experience

5–10 years
total experience in IT/software
Minimum
3+ years
managing software product teams in
maintenance mode
(patch releases)
Must have experience managing
development
team independently
Hands on into .
Net, SQL server and IIS.
