Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Lead to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and maintenance of in-house software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance. This role demands exceptional leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to align technology with business objectives across departments. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and solution architects. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for team development. Technical Oversight: Define and execute a comprehensive technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Oversee the selection and integration of technology tools, frameworks, and infrastructure. Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all technical systems and software. Project Management: Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and prioritize initiatives. Enforce best practices for software development including code quality, version control, testing, and documentation. Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and tools. Continuously evaluate current systems and processes for improvement opportunities. Identify potential technical risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between the technical team and other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Sales. Represent the technical function in leadership discussions, advocating for resources and strategic alignment. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., CTO, Head of Engineering, Technical Lead). Proven success in building, scaling, and managing high-performing technical teams. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and systems design. Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, and security principles. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen. Experience in managing technical projects and department-level budgets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar industry or domain. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
