Job Details: Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assessing Training Needs: Identify and evaluate the training needs of the organization to drive training initiatives. Developing Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials that align with organizational goals Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to meet the learning and development needs of the organization Budget Management: Manage budgets for training and development activities Collaboration: Work closely with various managers and executives to understand and implement training goals. Evaluating Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, making improvements as necessary Staying Updated: Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: Four-year college degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Ten (10)+ years of related experience in Instructional Design principles and methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms for delivering and managing training programs Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple training projects Ability to design and deliver e-learning courses and workshops Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of training programs. Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational transitions Strong communication skills to effectively convey training content and collaborate with stakeholders Familiarity with various learning technologies and tools.
