Technical Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Implementation team, dedicated to ensuring successful implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the entire Implementation process, from planning and installation to go-live and handover to the support department. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and resolving technical issues, participating in risk assessments, and providing technical guidance to Application and Testing teams. Your contribution will be vital in upholding implementation best practices, documenting procedures, and serving as the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth delivery and installation process. Additionally, your involvement in the 24/7 on-call support program will be essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and system reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end Implementation process, including planning, installation, go-live, and handover to support department - Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, participate in risk assessments, and provide technical direction to Application and Testing teams - Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings - Act as the technical point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, ensuring successful delivery and installation - Participate in a 24/7 on-call support program to address any technical issues and maintain system reliability Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical role at a server-side level, such as implementing software solutions or 2nd/3rd line support - Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent education/experience - Proficiency in Oracle programming languages (PL/SQL developer) or other database systems - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems - Experience in working in production environments against SLAs - Solid understanding of applications, network environments, and Web technologies (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
