Technical Illustrator

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage parts lists (BOMs) using PLM systems.
• Develop interactive isometric technical illustrations using tools like Adobe Illustrator.
• Interpret and convert 3D CAD models from Creo/SolidWorks into technical visuals.
• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to incorporate feedback and ensure accuracy.
• Update drawings and part information based on engineering changes.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical content before product shipment.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (4-year degree is mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in technical illustrations and parts cataloging in a product-based company.
• Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Creo Illustrate (any 1–2 of these).
• Experience creating isometric illustrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Only candidates rated 4 or 5 in communication will be considered).
• Stable work history (min. 2 years in each role).
• Immediate joiners preferred (15–60 days notice period).
• Willing to relocate to Chennai and attend an in-person interview at a later stage.
