Technical Head – Firmware & Hardware

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Technical Head – Firmware & Hardware to lead our embedded engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge firmware and hardware solutions. You will serve as the senior-most technical expert in client interactions and play a key role in mentoring internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end embedded firmware and hardware development for innovative product solutions.
• Define and oversee system architecture, development roadmaps, and R&D strategy.
• Act as the senior technical representative in client meetings, providing expertise and guidance.
• Review and validate design documents, schematics, and firmware/code developed by the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, software, QA, and manufacturing.
• Ensure delivery of technically sound and production-ready solutions within project timelines.
• Mentor, guide, and upskill internal technical teams, promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, C/C++, and board bring-up.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware debugging.
• Experience in working with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa, etc.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and firmware debugging tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, make technical decisions, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
