As a Technical Field Trainer (Construction Chemicals), your role involves the following responsibilities: - Providing Sales training for new joiners in the assigned area on product knowledge, customer handling, and industry best practices - Offering technical support to the Sales team by conducting site visits, new product sampling, and site trials of construction chemical products - Organizing User/Applicator/Architect meets in the designated territory to impart product knowledge and related activities - Conducting practical sessions for the products, including hands-on application and training To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experienced professional with a Civil Engineering degree/diploma - Sound technical knowledge of construction chemical products, business development activities, and site trials If you meet the qualifications and have 3-8 years of experience in the field, consider applying for this opportunity based in Kolkata before the deadline on 30-09-2022.,
