Job Description

As a skilled professional in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to installation, commissioning, electrical panel wiring, pump starters, and providing onsite support for AIoT devices and solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of these advanced technologies. In this role, you will be expected to perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and configuration of IoT hardware and software on platforms such as thingZmate. Your ability to work with IoT communication protocols like MQTT and HTTP, as well as connectivity solutions including LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, and Cellular, will be essential for successful project implementation. Additionally, you will play a key role in conducting customer training sessions, ensuring a smooth project handover process, and providing post-installation support to clients. Your proactive approach to project management, coupled with your strong communication skills, will enable you to interact confidently with clients and adapt quickly to new technologies as they emerge. This is a full-time position with a range of benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided meals, health insurance, paid time off, and a Provident Fund. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of experience in the field, with specific experience in testing being preferred. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is also preferred for this role, as the work location is primarily in person.
