Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)
Develop methods for digital validation of repair & maintenance methods
Evaluate & develop repair concepts in EC (via Work-Step-Table AST) using Virtual Reality softwares
Document simulations of repair methods in the database
Develop thorough understanding of the various carlines & engine types in MBC
Co-ordinate with different departments for updates on the above
Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area
Requisites:
Good knowledge on automotive components/systems and its functioning is must
Experience in repairs & maintenance of Mercedes-Benz cars is a must
Knowhow of the key aftersales processes in the MB workshops is desired (e.g.: what does an MB-Technician need?)
Knowledge in BIW/ Powertrain/ Vehicle Integration related to MBC
Experience in NX CAD is a desired
Experience in any Engineering Change Management system
Experience in any PLM software
Knowledge in computer programming & German language are added advantages
Knowhow of the key aftersales processes in the MBC workshops is desired
Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical/Automobile with 3 -6 Yrs.
