Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Junior AI Engineer with 0-1 years of experience in AI application or workflow development. Fresher s applicable. The ideal candidate should have foundational coding skills, an understanding of agentic frameworks, and experience developing AI use cases. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the AI domain. Strong communication skills are essential.

Key Accountabilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI applications and workflows.
Support the implementation of agentic frameworks to automate and optimize processes.
Contribute to the development and deployment of AI use cases under guidance.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and propose innovative AI solutions.
Document technical work and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI.

Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- years of experience in AI application or workflow development (internships or academic projects count).
Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Understanding of agentic frameworks and AI concepts.
Experience developing AI use cases (academic, internship, or personal projects).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for AI and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to cloud platforms or AI tools.
Experience working in collaborative team environments.
Willingness to take initiative and propose new ideas.
