Job Purpose

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Engineer with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI application or automation workflow development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, and a proven track record of implementing impactful AI use cases. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about AI, demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities

Assist in the design, development, and testing of AI applications and workflows.
Support the implementation of agentic frameworks to automate and optimize processes.
Contribute to the development and deployment of AI use cases under guidance.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and propose innovative AI solutions.
Document technical work and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI.

Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in AI application or workflow development (internships or academic projects count).
Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Understanding of agentic frameworks and AI concepts.
Experience developing AI use cases (academic, internship, or personal projects).
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for AI and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to cloud platforms or AI tools.
Experience working in collaborative team environments.
Willingness to take initiative and propose new ideas.
