Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Oracle Fusion Support Specialist

to provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion HR applications, and other applications i.e., Happay Expense Management, PeopleStrong etc. This individual contributor role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion, HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and the ability to integrate HR applications with other enterprise software systems.
You will be responsible for resolving issues, managing system configurations, ensuring smooth integrations between HR applications, and supporting users with their day-to-day activities. You will also assist in troubleshooting system issues, performing updates and enhancements, and contributing to HR application project implementations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or similar HR applications.
  • Experience in integrating HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) with third-party software and cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Expense Management module and integration processes.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HR applications, including configuration, functionality, and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Proficiency in HR business processes, including employee records management, payroll, time and attendance, and expense management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with data migration, mapping, and transformation in HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR software best practices.
Desirable:
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud) preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of other HR-related applications such as talent management, payroll, or learning management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle Fusion Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion HR modules, including Oracle HCM Cloud, Expense Management, and related HR applications.
    • Investigate and resolve system issues, bugs, and user inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with end-users to identify and understand system issues, providing efficient solutions.
  • System Integration Management:
    • Manage and support integrations between HR applications (Oracle Fusion) and other enterprise software (e.g., finance, payroll, time tracking systems).
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and synchronization across systems by monitoring integration processes.
    • Design and implement new integrations to streamline HR processes across multiple platforms.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Perform configuration changes and customizations to Oracle Fusion HR applications based on user needs, business requirements, and system upgrades.
    • Assist in the setup of HR business rules, workflows, and data validation processes.
  • End-User Support & Training:
    • Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to end-users on HR applications and integrations.
    • Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and other training materials.
    • Deliver training sessions to new users and help users with ongoing system adoption.
  • System Updates & Maintenance:
    • Assist in system updates and patch management for Oracle Fusion and related HR applications.
    • Ensure smooth deployment of software releases and new features while minimizing downtime and disruption to users.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, patches, and system enhancements.
    • Coordinate testing efforts, document results, and recommend improvements based on test outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR applications and integrations.
    • Work closely with HR teams to suggest enhancements for greater system efficiency and productivity.
