We combine creative vision with technical expertise to bring unique furniture concepts to life.Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer with a passion for bespoke furniture to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate will transform conceptual ideas into precise, build-ready CAD drawings and collaborate with designers, clients, and fabricators for seamless project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate and detailed CAD drawings for bespoke furniture pieces according to client requirements.Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to visualise concepts and resolve design challenges.Modify designs throughout the revision process, ensuring manufacturability and design integrity.Produce technical drawings, assembly instructions, and material specifications.Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and Amkaus Consultancy’s quality benchmarks.Liaise with suppliers and workshop staff to communicate design intent and technical details.Engage in frequent virtual meetings and proactively update project progress.RequirementsProven experience as a CAD Designer, preferably in furniture or interior design.Proficient in CAD software.Strong portfolio showcasing bespoke furniture designs or similar projects.Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Effective communicator with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Reliable high-speed internet connection and own computer/workstation.Additional InformationType: Full-time, Work-from-HomeCompensation: Competitive and commensurate with experienceStart: Immediate (applications reviewed on a rolling basis)
