Job Description

Position: Technical Delivery Lead Experience: 10+ years Job Location: Airoli, Mumbai- Hybrid Mode Job description Ø Lead Agile squads delivering BFSI-grade mobile banking apps. Ø Ensure high uptime, compliance, and speed-to-market. Ø Focus on TCO, delivery velocity, and end-user NPS. Key Responsibilities Ø In-depth understanding of Mobile Banking ecosystems and Finacle. Ø Own engineering backlog, tech planning, sprint cadence, and risk management. Ø Combine hands-on technical leadership (code/architecture reviews) with PM duties. Ø Manage cross-functional dependencies (Dev, QA, DevOps, backend/API teams). Ø Handle regulatory/compliance deliverables in releases. Ø Forecast team capacity, manage delivery gates, and ensure Go-Live discipline. Ø Lead sprint planning and risk mitigation initiatives. Core Requirements Ø Delivered 3+ end-to-end BFSI mobile apps . Ø Strong experience in Agile/SAFe frameworks, Jira, Confluence. Ø Familiar with cross-platform tech: Kotlin, Swift, REST APIs.
