Required Skills Experience
Lead solution technical architecture for CE + CIJ RTM
Design event-driven architecture: real-time events, event catalog, custom event ingestion
Define strategy for real-time segments, dynamic audience updates profile unification
Architect multi-branch customer journeys: conditions, split routing, wait logic, exit rules
Oversee CIJ custom channels (SMS/WhatsApp/Push) and delivery orchestration
Lead integrations: Azure Functions, REST APIs, Service Bus/Kafka, ACS Own Dataverse schema design, plugins, reusable components, ALM/DevOps
Ensure compliance setup: consent center, compliance profiles, brand profiles
8-12 years CE/Power Platform technical leadership
Expert in Dataverse, C# plugins, custom actions, and cloud flows
Strong understanding of CIJ RTM internals: events, triggers, segmentation engine, branching journeys
Deep integration background: Azure Functions, API endpoints, queue/event-based architectures
Experience with identity resolution first-party data patterns
Strong GDPR/compliance model knowledge
Ability to design scalable omnichannel real-time marketing platforms
Role Overview:
Implements customizations, plugins, and integration components between Dynamics 365 CE and Braze.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Implement API calls and webhook handlers.
- Configure Dataverse tables, forms, and views.
- Ensure code quality and participate in SIT/UAT.
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and custom API development.
- Knowledge of OAuth2/AAD authentication and secure API design.
