Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing POS transactions, addressing errors in invoices, and troubleshooting technical glitches. Your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications required for this position: - Freshers to 6 months of experience - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills You will be working night shifts for 5 days a week. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. In addition to your daily tasks, you will also be responsible for monitoring CCTV to ensure the security of our premises.,
