Technical Customer Support Executive

You are a proactive and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical customer support. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, collecting feedback, and ensuring excellent service delivery across various communication channels. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive tone throughout interactions, accurately recording all customer interactions in the CRM system, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams, suggesting improvements to enhance the support process, and upholding company standards in all customer interactions. To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree in B.Tech, Polytech, B.Sc (Electronic) or IT, along with 2 years of experience in technical support. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are essential. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, manage time effectively, maintain a customer-first mindset, and possess a problem-solving attitude.
