Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Co-ordinator to support smooth business operations as a Business Correspondent (BC). The role focuses on understanding software functionality, coordinating between technical and non-technical teams, and managing staff through proactive training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the functional flow of software and digital payment systems
• Coordinate between technical teams, operations, and management
• Manage and train team members proactively
• Monitor operational issues and escalate when required
• Ensure smooth day-to-day BC operations

Requirements:

• Graduation (IT/Computer background preferred, not mandatory)
• 1–3 years experience in FinTech / digital payments / BC operations preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
