Technical Content Writer

We are seeking for Technical Writers with 2-3 years of relevant IT tech writing experience to work on technical writing projects of FYNXT products. The candidate(s) must have excellent writing/editing skills, good communication and interpersonal skills,

1+ years of experience creating help content for enterprise, IT, admin or similar technical audience, and ability to work effectively and constructively with all personality types and with global and culturally diverse groups.

Responsibilities:

· Develop a strong understanding of the FX/CFD domain and trading industry.

· Learn product functionalities through demos, testing, and team collaboration.

· Draft, update, and maintain User Guides and Walkthrough Documents for new and existing modules.

· Collaborate with the UX team to create internal product content for new features and screens.

· Update existing product content regularly to reflect the latest changes and improvements.

· Prepare detailed Release Notes for every sprint cycle, capturing feature updates and enhancements.

· Document feature specifications and product updates alongside sprint releases.

· Ensure all documentation meets branding, tone, and technical writing standards

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in Fintech, Trading, or SaaS environments.

· Ability to quickly understand complex software products and translate them into simple, user-friendly content.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.

· Familiarity with Agile processes, sprint documentation, and release cycles.

· Proficiency with tools like Confluence, Google Docs, MS Word, or similar platforms.

· Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
