Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Content Writer, based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating well-researched and accurate web content, developing content strategies, writing, and proofreading technical documentation, articles, and other written materials. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the content meets organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Proficient in conducting thorough Research and gathering accurate information
• Excellent Proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Technical background or experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
