Technical Content Writer / Manager

1. Documentation Creation:

   Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure that your team delivers clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, including post-sales content for online documentation (i.e., help articles, release notes, etc.) as well as provide UI text (i.e., UI tooltips, labels, error messages, etc.) for use by our UX and Engineering teams on the schedule.

2. Collaboration:

   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and support teams, to gather technical information and insights to create accurate documentation.

3. Content Maintenance:

   Keep documentation up to date with product changes, updates, and improvements, ensuring that all information is current and relevant.

4. Audience Understanding:

   Understand the needs and requirements of various target audiences, such as end-users, administrators, and developers, and tailor documentation accordingly.

5. Quality Assurance:

   Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all documentation through rigorous review and editing processes.

6. Content Organization:

   Organize documentation logically and ensure it is easy to navigate, allowing users to find information quickly

7. Visual Aids:

   Incorporate visual aids, diagrams, screenshots, and other multimedia elements to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of documentation.

8. User Feedback:

   Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve documentation and user experience.

• Bachelors degree in a related field, such as English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the IT industry, with a strong portfolio of past documentation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Markdown, or Adobe FrameMaker.
• Familiarity with version control systems and documentation collaboration platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
