Technical Content Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with a passion for creating clear, engaging, and technically accurate content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing for technology domains, including software, SaaS, IT, or engineering topics, and be able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit technical articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams to create content that aligns with business goals.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, API documentation, and product manuals.
• Create SEO-optimized content that increases visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style across all content.
• Manage multiple writing projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing or content creation for a tech audience.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts, software development, APIs, or cloud platforms (depending on company domain).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, or WordPress).
• Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or SurferSEO is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,613.24 - ₹35,753.37 per month
